Non-Member Information

​After completing your Non-Member Registration, you will have access to:

• Book non member court time during designated non-member times up to 8 days in advance

• Pay court fees on-line

• View, edit and cancel court bookings

• Receive booking confirmations via email​

• Register Junior members

• When booking courts, the player making the booking will pay the total court fee ($18.63 including GST per person per 2 hour session/ $9.31 including GST for Juniors).

• *Special notice for mobile phone bookings: When you book the court, please select "view details" and scroll down to the payment section to complete payment. Failure to do so within 15 minutes of the booking time will result in the system canceling the court.

• Cancellations up to 24 hours prior will receive a full refund in the form of Club Credits. Club credits can be used for future court time. 

• If not pre-booked by 3 days prior, non member court times are open to all.  Plan ahead! 

• Additional court access for non members is available 72 hours in advance on any available court

• Players should plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance of scheduled court time.

• Identify yourself at the Front Desk before going to your assigned court.

• Winter or wet footwear worn outside is not permitted past the front desk or on the court surfaces.

• Change into your clean court shoes In the HH lounge and leave your shoes on the racks or below the chairs.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled court time.
