Volunteers

12 Vol.jpg

VPA places great value on our volunteer community. We know that we have a diverse, talented, and dedicated group of volunteers—without their contributions, pickleball in Vernon would not be where it is today.

Volunteering promotes civic engagement, gives pickleball a voice, and enables greater participation in the sport’s development within our community. Our volunteers bring expertise that drives local initiatives, addresses community challenges, and raises the profile of both the sport and the VPA throughout the Okanagan.

Volunteer roles with the VPA vary in responsibility, commitment, and duration, depending on the project or activity. If you’re interested in getting involved but aren’t sure where to start, consider how much time you can commit and what skills you already have to help identify a role that suits you.
