1. Login to Player Portal
The Player Portal is where you will be able to access Court Bookings, Lessons, Payments, etc.
To log into your account, go to the VPA website - vernonpickleball.com
Click on the “Member Login" button.

Enter your “login email & password ” and you are all set to access everything VPA has to offer and start enjoying pickleball.


If you have forgotten your password or email, select appropriate question and follow on line instructions.
2. Court Booking
Note: All players must be registered as Members or Non-Members
To book a court, log into your Player Portal.
Under “Pickleball Court Booking” select one of the “Book Court” options.

In the Court booking session, you can select between the odd and even numbered courts using the 2 tabs at the top of the page.

Select the day, time and available court you wish to book and select the “Book” text.

Add the other players to your booking. As you begin to type the player’s name, a selection of available registered players will be shown.

Note: If the player you are registering does not show on the player list, they have not yet registered with the club and must do so before they are eligible to play.

After adding all players, Select “Book Court”
For Member Bookings
Payment for each member’s court booking will be automatic from their Club Credits or no charge for those players with a current Monthly Pass.

If not enough credits are available, then please purchase more as you will be unable to book further sessions until this has been resolved.

​If all players are members then payment will be deducted from each players account

If one or more players are Non Members, the organizers Club Credit account will be charged for the Non Members playing fees.

Remember, bookings are available 8 days in advance, so Monthly Passes or Credit Account top-ups should be purchased prior to 8 days before the end of the month.
For Non-Member Bookings

Non-Members can only book in specific Non-Member times

Payment for each player will be charged to the player organizing the booking (reimbursement if required needs to be arranged outside of the system)

Payment can be made by Credit Card or Credits (if available)
3. Edit/Cancel a Court Booking
To edit or cancel a court booking, login to your Player Portal.
Under “Pickleball Court Booking” select “View/Cancel My Booked Courts”.

All current and future bookings for you will be displayed with “Cancel Court” or “Edit” buttons

Note: If you were not the original organizer, you cannot Edit or Cancel that court.
Contact the original organizer to perform edits.
4. Club Session Booking
To book a Club Session, log into your Member Portal. (This is for members only)
Under “Club Sign Up Programs” select “Register for Calendar Sign-ups” option.

Once at the Calendar Sign-Ups, you can refine your search by selecting a tab at the top of the calendar i.e "Co-Ed"
Select the Session by selecting the colored Tab on the date you wish to book.

If the Tab refers to "Full - Waitlist" you can select this session and add yourself to the waitlist. When a spot opens up, all players on the waitlist will receive an email notification. First to respond will be added to the active player list.

5. Cancel Club Session Booking
To edit or cancel a Club Session, log into your Member Portal. (This is for members only) Under “Club Sign Up Programs” select “View/Cancel My Registration" option.

All current and future Club Sessions for you will be displayed with a "Cancel" button

6. Add a Photo to your Profile
Select the "My Profile" option at the top of the Member Portal

Scroll down the page to Manage Photo and select the “Choose File” button... then select your photo from your computer and upload to your profile. Your picture should now appear on your Profile page.

Ensure the photo is a headshot and you are clearly visible.
Select “Save” at the bottom of the page to save photo in profile
7. Save Credit Card Information

Log into the Player Portal and select "My Payments"

Select “Save/Update My Credit Card on File”

Follow the online instructions to complete setup

Click "Save" at the bottom of the screen to confirm your changes

8. Monthly Passes & Club Credits
-
Unlimited Monthly Passes (Available to Members Only)
-
Members should plan to purchase their unlimited monthly pass by the 15th of the preceding month.
-
If you play more than 7+ times in the month, a pass is a more cost efficient way to pay for your play.

Make sure to purchase your pass BEFORE booking for any dates in following month. If you are late purchasing your pass, you will not be credited/refunded for any bookings already played.
To purchase an unlimited Monthly Pass, select the “Purchase Monthly Pass” button near the top of your Member Portal and select the desired month; or visit the "Online Store" under the "Order Product" item.

Club Credits

If you do not have a Monthly Pass, club credits will be the only method to pay for Club Sessions or Court Time for members.

Ensure you have club credits available, as other players will be adding you to bookings.

If there is inadequate credit, and another player attempts to book you for a session, they will be notified that you are not able to play until outstanding credits are paid.
Purchase Club Credits

To add Credit to your account, select the “Purchase Club Credit” button on your Player Portal and select the desired amount. There are a few different options to allow for flexibility.

9. Transfer Club Credit
Jegysoft enables Club Credits to be transferred between Members and Non-Members. To transfer Club Credit from your account to another Member or Non-Member, select the “Transfer Club Credit to another Player” button on your Player Portal in the "My Payments" section.

Select the Members Name from the dropdown list and the amount to be transferred and select
"Submit & Transfer" to complete the transfer.

10. Adding Juniors as Family Members
The Jegysoft system allows Juniors to be added to an Adult Member or Non-member so they reside under a single account.
Once a primary membership or Adult Non-member registration is completed, Junior members can be added , within your Player Portal by selecting “My Profile” > “View/Update My Family Members”

Select "Add New Family Members"

Complete all mandatory fields, "First Name", "Last Name", "Gender" and "Date of Birth".

Add "Email" and "Cell Phone" if different from Primary Member/Non-member.

Select "Save" at the bottom of the page

To complete the process you must first log out of the primary account and log back in again

Select the "Log In" tab for the "new family member"

Complete the Waiver by adding a checkmark at the bottom of the page along with the family members name

Purchase a Junior Membership as a Family Member
To make a Junior a member, select the “Purchase Membership" button on the primary Player Portal

Select the Junior you wish to "Purchase For" and select "Junior Pickleball" from the "Registration Type" dropdown menu.

Select the "Purchase" Button and follow the payment options and sign the required waivers.
11. Player Connect
Player Connect is a tool that allows players to find other players of the same ability. The more players that post a profile, the more choices available for other players.

Create a Profile

By saving a profile under "Update My Player Profile", others will be able to find you and request game.

Select "Type of Game", "My Rating" and "Available to Play"​ and select "Save" at the bottom of the page.

Post a Game Wanted

“Post a Game Wanted” will send an email to all players who fit your criteria that have saved a "Player Profile"

Complete the sections listed "Game Type Wanted", "My Rating", "My Available Times"​, a "Subject Heading" and a "Message" and select "Submit Post" at the bottom of the page.
Find a Game
-
"Find a Game" looks for players with your desired criteria and creates a list for you to view

Select "Gender", "Game Type Wanted", "Player Rating" and "My Available Times"​ and select "Search" at the bottom of the page.
